Description

The contract concerns the provision of services and supplies relating to the deployment of individual and collective composting on the territory of Grand Paris Seine Ouest. The contract is a one-off alloti framework agreement, executed by means of order forms. It is divided into 4 lots, of which lots 1 and 4 are awarded under an open tender procedure and lots 2 and 3 are awarded under an adapted procedure, in accordance with the provisions of R.2123-1 of the Public Procurement Code (see theory of small lots). The framework agreement shall be processed at unit prices applied to the quantities actually delivered or executed, without a minimum, for maximum annual amounts specific to each lot. The contract will take effect from 15 October 2025 or from the date of its notification, whichever is later, for a period of one (1) year, renewable three (3) times by tacit renewal, i.e. for a maximum period of four (4) years. The holder of the framework agreement concerned may not refuse to renew it in accordance with Article R.2112-4 of the Public Procurement Code.
