The Contracting Authority hereby invites tenderers to a competition for the establishment of a framework agreement for inspections of buildings, measuring vibrations, settlement measurements and processing damage. The framework agreement shall at all times cover the current need for inspections of buildings etc. that can be affected by building and construction work. Assignments that will be included in the contract, but are not limited to: Building inspections on buildings that can be affected by building and construction work, Clearing measurements, Surveying of registered building and construction damage Assessment/price fixing damage Follow-up of minor damage improvements, The contracting authority will be an expert in legal dispute questions General consultancy other services in the discipline.
