‘Subscription maintenance and servicing of office equipment /2 copiers, 17 multifunctional devices, 34 printers, servers, computer configurations (65 computers and 66 monitors), computer networks, etc./ and supply of consumables and spare parts for the needs of the Social Patronage Operational Programme. The office equipment is located in the offices of the Social Patronage and Social Assistance Operational Programme, Sofia https://www.socialenpatronaj.com/index.php/contact.html The subject of the contract includes: 1. Service without the use of spare parts to restore the technical condition and serviceability of office equipment. 2. Service with the addition of spare parts to restore the technical condition and serviceability of office equipment. 3. The equipment that is under warranty is serviced by the authorized service, such as failure and damage notification and consumables are provided by the Contractor of this order. 4. A comprehensive inspection of the working and non-working technique of the Social Patronage Operational Programme and the social service ‘Assistance support’ and, in the event of a finding that it is impossible to correct it, the issuance of a statement of findings on marriage.
