1. The subject of the order is the sale along with the delivery and assembly of AED defibrillators with a capsule. Reasons for not dividing the contract into lots: The subject-matter of the contract is a functional whole, the division of the contract into lots would risk excessive technical difficulties and excessive costs of contract performance, moreover, the lack of division is justified by organisational reasons, the possible division of the contract could seriously jeopardise the proper performance of the contract and the need to coordinate the activities of the different contractors performing the different lots could jeopardise the correct and timely performance of the contract. The Ordering Party does not require the submission of a security. 6.
