The web service is available in four languages (Finnish, Swedish, English and Russian) and is subject to accessibility legislation. It is also one of the most used public services of the cities participating into the Helmet network.
The purpose of this RFI round is to gather information from vendors to understand available solution options to meet the initial requirements included in the RFI.
The set of requirements provided as a part of the RFI is based on an initial set of features which might be different from the final feature set included in the RFP. Answering the RFI does not bind the parties to any contractual obligations. No reimbursement is paid for answering this RFI.
