Description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a helpline service provided by the Contractor’s Staff on the Contractor’s resources, using the Customer’s teletechnical infrastructure; 1.1 for a period of 24 months from the start of the Service or until the amount constituting the value of the subject of the Contract under the basic contract has been exhausted, 1.2 consisting of an increase in the number of telephone or electronic applications by up to 40 % in relation to the maximum total number of such Applications specified in Appendix 9 to the PPU under the right of option. 2. A detailed description, together with the terms and conditions of the service, is set out in: 2.1 description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ) constituting Annex B to the SWT; 2.2 Proposed provisions of the Agreement (PPU), which form Annex I to the MCT.
