Description

Der Landkreis Rotenburg (Wümme) betreibt unter anderem die Deponie Helvesiek. Das im Deponiekörper anfallende Sickerwasser wird gefasst und zur Reinigung einer Umkehrosmoseanlage zugeführt. Das dabei entstehende Konzentrat wird durch beauftragte Dritte abgefahren und entsorgt. Sollte die Umkehrosmoseanlage auf Grund eines technischen Defekts oder aus anderen Gründen nicht zur Verfügung stehen muss der AN das anfallende Rohsickerwasser direkt abfahren. Gleiches gilt bei Starkregenereignissen, wenn die Kapazität der Umkehrosmoseanlage nicht ausreicht.
