1. The subject of the contract is information and technical support in conducting communication in social media for the SPIN project - Małopolska Knowledge Transfer Centers, including: a) Development of two strategies defining the possibility of strengthening the potential of SPIN project profiles - Małopolskie Centres for Knowledge Transfer on Facebook and Linkedin b) Comprehensive management of the Ordering Party's profiles on social media - on Facebook and Linkedin. c) Creation and publication of content as part of profiles, as well as advertising activities. d) Monitoring profiles and responding to the activity of profile users, including moderation of comments and messages sent as part of profiles. e) Preparation of monthly reports on monitoring profiles and reports documenting the implemented activities. 2. The conditions for the performance of the contract are contained in the draft provisions of the public contract, which will be inserted in the public contract, the model contract, and constitute Annex 1C to the contract (hereinafter referred to as the model contract). Annex 1 to the model contract contains a detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ). 3. The Employer specifies that the performer will be obliged to transfer to the Employer the author's economic rights to the performed works, in accordance with the contract. 4. The contracting authority shall specify, in accordance with the provisions of Article 95 of the Act, that it does not require employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing activities related to the performance of the contract. 5.
