De inhoud en omvang van de opdracht omvat: 1. Levering van laptops; 2. Dienstverlening na levering (ook voor huidige laptops); 3. Stickeren/labelen aan de binnenkant van de laptop; 4. Maken van een Excel-bestand met informatie over de bestelling en laptops (CMDB); 5. Account management en Service Delivery Management; 6. Dienstverlening voor het bestellen van laptops en accessoires. De geraamde opdrachtwaarde van de raamovereenkomst is circa € 6.000.000,- over de gehele looptijd. De Opdrachtnemer kan aan deze verwachtingen geen rechten ontlenen. De totale maximale opdrachtwaarde onder de raamovereenkomst wordt gesteld op € 8.000.000,- over de gehele looptijd van de raamovereenkomst.
