Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of a brand new medium rescue and firefighting car for the Voluntary Fire Brigade in Podlipie. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The offered car also owes: meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, taking into account the requirements for privileged vehicles; comply with the current regulations regarding the registration of the vehicle and have a set of documents necessary for the registration of the car, which will be provided to the Ordering Party on the day of delivery; be brand new, i.e. the chassis produced no earlier than 2024 and the bodywork of the vehicle no earlier than 2024, shall not be a prototype. The car should be unused for demonstration, testing and similar purposes and unregistered. In the event of a change in the provisions relating to the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged to carry out the subject matter of the contract in accordance with the provisions in force on the date of receipt. The contractor must take these circumstances into account when complying with the deadline for performance of the contract. The Contractor will guarantee the proper construction of the vehicle (including quality and selection of materials used) and performance in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. The Contractor together with the car will provide the Ordering Party with the following documentation: an extract from the approval certificate, guarantee document, service book (reviews), CNBOP certificate of approval issued on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products used to ensure public safety or protect health and life or property, as well as the issue of the approval of these products for use (Journal of Laws 2022, item 2282) for a rescue and firefighting vehicle, instruction manual in Polish for the vehicle chassis, fire-fighting facilities and installed equipment, documentation necessary to register the vehicle as a ‘special vehicle’ under the Road Traffic Act; instructions for use of devices and equipment installed in the vehicle, all in Polish. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with a guarantee on the terms specified in the offer (not less than 24 months).
