Description

1. The subject of the contract is to prepare a reference to the project and cost documentation in terms of the correctness of the technical solutions adopted, the completeness of the arrangements, opinions and administrative decisions and the method of elaboration in the scope and compliance with the applicable regulations for the task of small mountain retention located in the Bielsko Forest District (developed project documentation - hereinafter: design documentation - will be a description of the subject of the contract in the future procedure for construction works and should be performed to the extent and degree of accuracy necessary to carry out the procedure for the award of a public works contract in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, together with all expert opinions, studies, arrangements, opinions and decisions necessary to obtain the final construction permit and notifications or decisions necessary to start construction works). Contract implemented under the project ‘Comprehensive project on adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change – small retention and combating water erosion in mountain areas – continuation (MRG3)’ co-financed by the European Funds under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate and Environment Programme (FEnIKS 2021-2027) 2. The contracting authority shall divide the contract into 10 (ten) lots. 3. All the necessary information is contained in the FTZ and the annexes to the FTZ.
