PL-Katowice: computer equipment and supplies
The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of computer equipment and software to the Regional Development Department – listed and described in Annex 5 to the ToR, which is also attached as Annex 1 to the model contract, in accordance with the scopes.
1. The technical/functional parameters set out in Annex 5 to the ToR constitute the minimum requirements of the Contracting Authority with which the subject-matter of the contract supplied by the Contractor must comply, in accordance with the scopes.
2. The computer equipment must be new, authorised and conforming to CE standards (applies to scope I,II,IV):
3. The contractor will deliver the subject of the contract by its own transport and at his own expense to the premises of the Contracting Authority at ul. Dąbrowski 23 in Katowice.
4. Delivery of the subject-matter of the contract will be confirmed by a handover report. An unqualified handover report signed by both parties shall form the basis for the issue of an invoice by the Contractor.
5. The Contractor will provide a hardware guarantee with all components (applies to scope I,II,IV):
— Tablet – 24 months,
— Laser printer colour A4 – 36 months,
— Multifunctional device A4 – 24 months,
— Computer set – 36 months,
— Scanner – 36 months,
— Label printer – 36 months.
6. The Contractor will provide, together with the delivery, a written guarantee in Polish for the hardware (applies to scope I, II, IV).
7. The contracting authority requires that the repairs be carried out by the Contractor at the Contracting Authority’s premises. The guarantee service will be activated as soon as the delivery is made. A detailed description of the guarantee service can be found in Section 5 of the model contract constituting Annex 4a to the ToR (concerning scope I, II,IV):
