1. The subject of the contract is the delivery, transfer to ownership for the Ordering Party of disk arrays for the needs of the project environment: 1) as part of the basic order - one Device; 2) as part of an optional order - one Device; set out in Annex 1 to the FTZ – Detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract (hereinafter: ‘SOPZ’, together with granting or providing a guarantee and providing a warranty service for the Device under the terms specified in the Agreement and in the SOPZ. 2.
