Provision of maintenance services, periodic technical revisions and repairs for the car fleet of S.G.A. Neamț, of which: LOT 1 – Maintenance services, periodic technical revisions and repairs for cars and vans with a maximum authorised mass up to 3.5 T in the fleet of S.G.A. Neamț LOT 2 – Maintenance services, periodic technical revisions and repairs for vehicles with a maximum authorised mass over 3.5 t and special trailers in the fleet of S.G.A. Neamț LOT 3 – Maintenance services, periodic technical revisions and repairs for machinery in the fleet of A.B.A. Siret – S.G.A. Neamț A framework service agreement will be concluded for each service lot for a period of 24 months 2026-2028 respectively. LOT 1: Maximum subsequent contract value Lot 1: RON 262.500,00 excluding VAT, of which: • maintenance services, periodic technical inspections and car repairs: RON 82,500.00 excluding VAT • maximum value of parts and consumables: RON 180,000,00 without VAT Maximum value Lot 1 framework agreement: 525,000,00 lei without VAT of which: • maintenance services, periodic technical inspections and car repairs: 165,000,00 lei without VAT; • Maximum value of parts and consumables: 360,000,00 lei without VAT. Lot 2 : Maximum value of the subsequent contract Lot 2 = RON 197 500,00 excluding VAT, of which: • maintenance services, periodic technical inspections and car repairs: RON 67,500.00 excluding VAT • maximum value of parts and consumables: RON 130,000,00 without VAT Maximum value Lot 2 Framework Agreement: RON 395,000,00 without VAT, of which: • maintenance services, periodic technical inspections and car repairs: 135,000,00 lei without VAT; • Maximum value of parts and consumables: 260.000,00 lei without VAT Lot 3: Maximum value of the subsequent contract Lot 3 = RON 471.500,00 excluding VAT of which: • maintenance services, periodic technical inspections and car repairs: RON 121,500.00 excluding VAT • maximum value of parts, consumables and mobile workshop travel: 350,000,00 lei without VAT Maximum value Lot 3 Framework Agreement: RON 943,000.00 excluding VAT, of which: • maintenance services, periodic technical inspections and car repairs: 243,000,00 lei without VAT; • Maximum value of parts, consumables and moving mobile workshop: During the framework agreement, subsequent service contracts will be awarded monthly, quarterly or semi-annually, depending on the actual needs and available financial resources of the contracting authority with this destination. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications / additional information on the 10th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidates: 20.
