Description

As the regional enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), Schulbau Hamburg has the task of planning, building, maintaining and managing the school properties in accordance with economic principles, taking into account the school's interests, and renting out the more than 400 schools to the Authority for School and Vocational Education and Training (BSB). ---------------------- As part of the expansion of the Carl Götze School, a doubting sports hall with day care facilities will be added. The GFA of the building is about 2,216 m2. The sports hall is designed in accordance with DIN standards and is therefore suitable for competition. A small gallery for spectators is arranged above the adjoining rooms. The western part of the building contains expansion areas for the adjoining day care centre on two floors. The location of the school grounds is determined by the number of trees. The delivery and construction site address is via the road Brödermannsweg 2 in the area of the sports hall or the fire brigade access, thus the southern part of the school property. The new building will be built in solid construction. The floor slabs as well as parts of the walls are made of reinforced concrete. Other load-bearing walls are constructed of masonry or reinforced concrete. The hall roof receives a steel load-bearing construction.
