Description

Ålesund Municipality shall during 2021 implement the co-worker survey which is based on 10-FAKTOR. developed by the Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities (Norwegian KS).
In co-operation with Linda Lai. The survey is expected to be carried out in the entire municipal organisation during February 2021. The follow-up work, according to 10-FAKTOR, also has a need for increased competence in process management for all of our managers with personnel responsibilities.
We are in need of a tenderer who has the expertise in 10-FACTOR and process management and who can promote to this work. It is possible to involve support from sub-providers. It is considered an advantage that the tenderer has experience with major merging processes in the public/municipal sector.
