The University of Vienna uses products and modules of the Matrix42 software solution. The existing Matrix42 system has been adapted to the specific organizational, technical and university requirements of the University of Vienna and serves in particular the central software provision, the automated loading/provisioning, the service catalog as well as the software, asset, contract and license management. The subject of this call for tenders is the conclusion of a framework contract for Matrix42-related implementation, development, adaptation, maintenance, care, support, health check, interface, workflow, documentation, training and consulting services for the existing Matrix42 system of the University of Vienna.
