1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of computer equipment according to Annex II. No 2 to FTZ — Technical specifications and includes: 1) purchase along with the delivery of equipment in the place indicated by the Ordering Party, 2) installation and commissioning of equipment (if required in the Technical Specification), 3) granting a guarantee for the delivered equipment, 4) providing the Ordering Party with the required media, documentation and manuals along with the necessary accessories (if required in the Technical Specification), 5) training of the Ordering Party's employees (if required in the Technical Specification).
