In order to meet cost-effectively and flexibly the needs of the client for supply, temporary or sudden human resources, the provision of school cooperative members is regulated by Act X of 2006 on cooperatives. (hereinafter referred to as: Section 10/B of Act CLXXXIII of 2005 on external services. 1. Responsibilities/task groups and related tasks to be performed by the requested school cooperative members 1.1. Office administrative tasks and participation in professional projects • support of administrative processes in organisational units (filing, scanning, printing, data recording) • administrative tasks related to the projects of organisational units, • daily document management tasks, • familiarisation with and follow-up of organisational processes • preparation of meetings, meetings • support of ad-hoc administrative tasks • active participation in the daily tasks of professional projects • preparation, organisation and follow-up of project meetings • preparation, organisation and follow-up of decision preparation materials, preparation of presentations • administrative support of projects • organisation/organisation of project documentation 1.2. Performing administrative tasks in a foreign location • supporting administrative processes (filing, scanning, printing) • performing administrative tasks related to projects • performing ad-hoc administrative tasks • preparing presentations • organizing project documentation • preparing meetings • supporting professional events (also in English) 2. The minimum requirements related to the tasks are typically the following (Office administrative tasks and cooperation in professional projects, performing administrative tasks at a foreign location): Expected student status: full-time active student status at any higher education institution Expected age: At least 18 years of age Expected foreign language skills: There is no required language proficiency, however, intermediate proficiency in at least one foreign language orally and in writing in the following languages is an advantage: English, German, French, Italian, Japanese, Chinese - as requested by the organisation concerned. Expected IT skills: User-level knowledge of Office365 (microsoft office product family; word, excel; knowledge of ppt) Minimum number of hours expected: 20 hours/person/month Moral certificate: the number of hours planned by the Client during the entire duration of the contract is not required: ­ Office administrative tasks and participation in professional projects: 69.000 hours ­ Administrative tasks at a foreign location: 120 hours The expected task duration is a minimum of 20 hours/person per month, a maximum of 90 hours/person, from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., during which time the cooperative member is entitled to a 20-minute break during work. During the term of the contract, the number of cooperative members requested by the Client is planned to be 32. The above number also includes cooperative members who, at the time of the public procurement, provide personal assistance to the Principal in the framework of the provision of services through a school cooperative (hereinafter referred to as the performance of tasks), and whose performance is still claimed by the Principal in the framework of the provision of services by the Principal. Planned share of cooperative members to be involved in the performance of tasks: Cooperative members provided by the contractor: 10 % - Cooperative members to be involved by the Client in the performance of the tasks: 90% of the headcount may vary in a positive or negative direction, by 10%. Responsibilities of the winning AT: The Client and the winning AT shall agree in advance orally or in writing on the content of the Individual Client, the content of which is set out in point 4.1.2 of the technical specifications. The Client shall notify the successful AT in writing by e-mail of his/her service request for the cooperative member and the task-specific requirements. It shall be the responsibility of the winning AT, after screening, to forward the CVs and contact details of the relevant members of the cooperative to the Principal within the time limit set by the Principal in his tender. If the Principal wishes to conduct a face-to-face or online interview with the cooperative members screened by the winning AT, it shall inform the winning AT, whose task is to ensure that the cooperative members concerned appear at the interview.
