Description

The subject of public contracts awarded in the established DNS will be the procurement of public opinion research services, i.e. in particular: • Recruitment of respondents to the questionnaire survey according to specified parameters; • Recruitment of respondents to the panel according to specified parameters, management of the panel and motivation of respondents in the panel; • implementation of a questionnaire survey, including programming the questionnaire, unpiloting the questionnaire and collecting data from respondents, • evaluation, cleaning and checking the integrity of the collected data, including the creation of a dataset, • processing of a technical report, • processing of a research report. The contracting authority assumes that contracts for one-off recruitments and/or questionnaire surveys on samples in the order of higher hundreds to lower thousands of respondents will be realized within the DNS, as well as longitudinal surveys. In addition to collecting data on the Czech population, the client expects to request recruitments and/or questionnaire surveys in other European countries as part of the DNS.
