Description

The subject of this contract is maintenance of the centralized system for prevention of information leakage (Digital Leakage Prevention – DLP) - Forcepoint DLP (“the system(s)”), implemented in the BNB. The warranty technical and software support of the system implemented in the BNB, including its licenses, expires, under the current contract for their assignment, on 11 December 2025. The implemented Forcepoint DLP system is implemented with licenses for 850 users. Within the framework of the activities awarded by this procurement, the selected contractor should ensure the maintenance of the system implemented in the BNB on the basis of the available licensing model, or equivalent, for 850 users, by providing system maintenance services within the required timeframe, including but not limited to: subscription and maintenance of licenses for the system; updating the system; providing expert assistance and support; analysis, advice and technical assistance to solve problems in the operation of the system; monthly prophylaxis; implementing corrections and improvements, as well as monitoring the system. A detailed description of the system, the licences currently held and the requirements for the services to be procured are set out in the Technical Specification for the Maintenance of the Centralised System for the Prevention of Leakage of Information in the BNB – Forcepoint DLP – Annex 1, an integral part of the procurement documents.
