Description

The state of North Rhine-Westphalia (state of North Rhine-Westphalia) wants to digitize and standardize the occupational health and safety administration. In order to achieve this goal, the state of NRW is issuing an occupational health and safety digitisation contract. Thereafter, the contractor must develop, build and maintain a cloud-based specialist application in the sense of a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) for the digitization of the tasks of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration NRW. Optionally and after the interim decision of the client on the actual execution, the contractor must also deliver the terminal equipment required for this purpose. In addition, the state of North Rhine-Westphalia offers the other federal states of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Federal Republic of Germany the opportunity to access the corresponding services of the contractor. To this end, the Land of NRW is issuing an Occupational Safety and Health Digitisation Contract, on the basis of which the recipient parties may subsequently, as necessary, commission the contractor with services for the digitisation of their own Occupational Safety and Health Administration. This allows the beneficiary parties to access the services without the need for an additional formal procurement procedure. Other beneficiaries are: - Federal Republic of Germany - State of Baden-Württemberg - Free State of Bavaria - State of Berlin - State of Brandenburg - Free Hanseatic City of Bremen - Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg - State of Hesse - State of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern - State of Lower Saxony - State of Rhineland-Palatinate - Saarland - Free State of Saxony - State of Saxony-Anhalt - State of Schleswig-Holstein - Free State of Thuringia Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
