Description

This consultation concerns the supply of sterile single-use ophthalmology medical devices for the Cambrai Hospital Centre, in particular following the relaunch of certain batches of AOO 2019-2071 to 2138 published in BOAMP on 10.5.2019:
re-launch of Lots 8, 25 and 32 declared without further action;
— lots 57, 62, 63 and 64 unsuccessful.
The other lots are new lots added to this consultation. The Centre Hospital de Valenciennes, which supports the GHT-HC, acts as the contracting authority of the consortium, for the Cambrai Hospital Centre. This open invitation to tender is subject to the provisions of Articles R. 2124-1 and R.2161-2o to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. This consultation will be carried out pursuant to Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 of the CCP, relating to framework agreements and Articles R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. This is a framework agreement for an order form with no minimum and no maximum.
