Description

1.The subject of the contract is the preparation of design and cost documentation for thermomodernisation with the development of the adjacent area in the building – Zamoyskiego 43. 2.The subject of the contract consists of two services: the first consisting in the execution of a complete, multi-branch project and cost documentation for thermomodernization with the development of the adjacent area in the building divided into three modules Thermomodernization module, Building module and Module for the development of the adjacent area in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract, which is Annex 2 to the first model contract constituting at the same time Annex 4 to the FTZ and the second service: consisting of author's supervision and support of the Ordering Party at the stage of conducting the procurement procedure, as a result of which the Contractor of construction works will be selected (including, inter alia, the preparation of explanations of the content of the design documentation), in accordance with the provisions of the second model contract, which is also Annex 5 to the FTZ.
