Description

This procedure is launched in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Code. There is no provision for a breakdown into tranches under Article 72 of the Public Procurement Code. Similarly, the consultation is not the subject of an allotment within the meaning of Article 10 of the Public Procurement Code. As part of the overhaul and improvement of the training offer, the Seine-et-Marne Chamber of Trades and Crafts wishes to create a new training building on the Grüber Castle site, part of which is located in Melun and the other on Dammarie-les-Lys (77). The project includes: — the development and restoration of the floors of the entire plot concerned, – the construction of the equipment of approximately 1 300 square metres of floor area, on 3 levels and a basement for parking vehicles, – the rehabilitation of the existing ancillary building of approximately 115 square metres of floor area on a ground floor level, and the treatment of the outer areas of the island with the restoration of the green and wooded areas of the site, and the creation of an external car park of approximately 25 places. The estimated amount of the works for this operation is EUR 2 800 000 (excl. tax) under the economic conditions of September 2013. The tasks entrusted to the supervisor comply with the concept of a basic task defined under Decree No 93-1268 of 29.11.1993 and also include the following additional tasks: DIAG, opc.. The estimated starting date for the services (notification) is December 2015.
