Description

la présente consultation a pour objectif la maintenance des infrastructures informatiques et téléphoniques du Service Départemental d'incendie et de Secours du Pas de Calais, ainsi que la réalisation des prestations techniques et la fourniture des matériels associés.
Les prestations à réaliser seront notamment les suivantes :
- maintenance de l'infrastructure réseau informatique, sécurité, câblage, sd wan et vidéosurveillance du SDIS, prestations techniques et matériels associés pendant la durée du marché
- maintien en conditions opérationnelles et assistance à l'exploitation du réseau téléphonique pendant la durée du marché
- maintenance de l'infrastructure système informatique de la direction pendant toute la durée du marché
