Description

The subject of this procedure is "Supply of laboratory equipment for the needs of the Institute of Biology and Immunology of Reproduction - BAS for 2026" with lots: Lot № 1 on ‘Long-frame sequencing system using nanoporous technology’ with an estimated value of EUR 70 000 excluding VAT . Lot № 2 with the subject ‘Supply of a light microscope’ with an estimated value of EUR 12 000 excluding VAT. Lot 3 with the subject ‘Supply of a desk refrigeration centrifuge’ with an estimated value of EUR 10 300 excluding VAT. Lot №4 on ‘Supply of cell counting apparatus’ with an estimated value of EUR 3 800 excluding VAT. Lot №5 on ‘Supply of automatic pipettes’ with an estimated value of EUR 1 200 excluding VAT. Lot №6 on the ‘Supply of an automated system for the preparation of tissue samples for single-cell OMICS analyses by obtaining suspensions from single cells and cell nuclei’, awarded on the basis of Article 20(4) of the PPA in conjunction with Article 21(6) of the PPA, with an estimated value of EUR 24 000 excluding VAT. The total estimated value of the six lots is EUR 121 300 excluding VAT. Lot № 6 is awarded in accordance with Article 20(4) of the Public Procurement Act. According to Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act, contracting entities may award lots in the order valid for the individual estimated value of each of them, provided that the value of the lot concerned does not exceed BGN 156 464 for supplies and services and BGN 1 000 000 for works and the total value of the lots thus awarded does not exceed 20 % of the total estimated value of the contract. For lot № 6, both conditions are met. The remaining value of the contract is 97 300 euro excluding VAT. Tenders shall be submitted only for lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 and the requirements set out in this documentation for the procedure under Article 18(1)(1) of the Public Procurement Act shall apply to them.
