Description

The contractor must, on the one hand, implement, on the physical elements of the building made available to him by the public person, on his own initiative and under his full responsibility, measures to improve energy efficiency in order to achieve an energy performance objective defined in the market, and, on the other hand, ensure that all the physical elements made available to him are maintained in full and the conditions of operation. This concept of maintenance can be assimilated to maintenance with a comprehensive guarantee over the scope of the action.
Building F of DDTM 62, which is the subject of this energy performance contract, with an area of approximately 1 400 square metres over 3 levels, including 1 basement, was fully rehabilitated in 2009.
