Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of medicinal products to SPZZOZ in Wyszkow according to the range listed in packages 1 to 67, which constitutes a detailed price offer – Annexes 2/1 to 2/67. The estimated quantities of each item given in this annex serve only to calculate the value offered for comparison of tenders and may not give rise to any claim on the part of the successful Contractor against the Contracting Authority.
2. The medicinal products offered must be authorised for marketing and use in accordance with the applicable legislation and the Pharmaceutical Law of 6 September 2001 (Journal Journal of Laws 2016, item 2142 as amended) and published in the Official Journal of Medicinal Products authorised in Poland.
3. The Contracting Authority reserves the right not to use the full quantity of the goods listed in Annex 2, of which the Contractor shall not have any claim against the Contracting Authority.
4. The contracting authority allows for the possibility of submitting equivalent tenders, i.e. the possibility of offering goods which are identical to the subject-matter of the contract and have the same international name, but only the trade name differs. The size of the packaging of medicinal products must be consistent with the packaging registered and authorised in Poland.
5. The terms of supply and payment.
(a) delivery will take place in ranges and quantities to be determined by the Contracting Authority at the Contractor’s expense and risk.
(b) the contract will be issued by the Contracting Authority on a working day during the Contractor’s working hours. The contracting authority shall require the contract to be performed on the following working day in accordance with the Contractor’s declaration in the form of the tender relating to delivery times as a criterion for the selection of tenders.
(C) In urgent cases, the Contracting Authority reserves the need to deliver the medicine to rescue up to 6 hours from the time of the order for delivery to the place indicated (hospital or hospital department).
(D) place of delivery: Pharmacy Hospital SPZZOZ, 07-200 Wyszków, ul. K.E.N. No 1.
(e) The Contractor shall, at his own expense, risk and own means of transport and unloading.
(F) the minimum time limit for payment of the invoice is 50 days from the date of delivery of the invoice.
