The subject of the contract is the selection of an integrator service provider whose task will be to provide the services in order to harmonise and unify Hard HR solutions and then develop this solution towards the application target meeting the new needs identified by the local authorities. The integrator service provider must integrate the common application solution in question into the regional architecture. The solution must interoperate with the other applications used by the local authorities, primarily the solutions used in the fields of finance, human resources management (Soft HR) and management of social files (SOC).
