Description

The purpose of the work is the construction of a new school group with a capacity of 400 students in the Commune de Plaisance du Touch (31830). The equipment will include the premises of the elementary school (9 classes), the nursery school (5 classes), the spaces dedicated to ALAE, the administration and the associated outdoor spaces. A catering area (with cold connection kitchen) with a maximum capacity of 700 meals per day will also be integrated into the school group. In total, the areas to be built represent approximately 3150 m2 of floor space and 3580 m2 of outdoor spaces to be developed. The land of the operation, with an area of 8000 m2 is located on the site of the ZAC Bonna Sabla, a new district under development.
