The assignment concerns the on-call measurement and delivery of biker clothing, for the KMAR, Riders and DBBO. The Tenderer is responsible for being able to deliver the specified biker clothing from stock within the set deadlines after request. The Tenderer must keep a safety stock for this himself. The User must be able to contact the Tenderer on the basis of ‘One stop / One shop’ (shopping concept) for the measurement and direct provision of articles. For the User on whom measurement is no longer necessary due to maintenance, sending to the KPU Company or the relevant KMAR location by the Tenderer must be possible. For the user group in the Caribbean and the Riders will be purchased in bulk with request for shipment to the KPU company. From here, distribution to the Caribbean will take place. These Users do not use the store concept. The measuring location must be within a radius of 50 km (via the road) to be located at the KPU-Company in Soesterberg. The Framework Agreement shall be concluded for a period of four (4) years, with the possibility once to extend the Agreement for a further period of three (3) years. At the start of the contract, the contracting authority shall take into account the numbers visible in Annex 3.5.
