Description

The Assignment concerns the replacement of approximately 1,969 meters of AWTL in the urban area of Hoofddorp and some adjustments to AWTG Hoofddorp Zuid Bouwteamfase: In general, the activities in the Construction Team phase consist of the activities listed below a to g. This is therefore not an exhaustive list of all activities. a. the advisory activities mainly focus on the input of the Contractor's implementation knowledge, in particular in the field of conditioning / permits; b. the design work that is directed from the elaboration of the Concept Specifications to a final RAW Specifications with the accompanying documents, such as checking dimensions and quantities and checking feasibility; c. prepare environmental management and coordinate with stakeholders, whereby the Contractor is responsible for building communication and the Client for corporate and project communication; elaborating measures from the Plan of Action (emission-free construction and circularity, among others); e. drawing up and adjusting planning; and f. negotiations to reach an agreement on the Contract Price and the completion of the Contract. In general, the activities in the Implementation phase consist of the activities listed below (a) to (h). This is therefore not an exhaustive list. (a) placing and maintaining a temporary press line; b. removal and disposal of the existing GRP pipe; c. laying and connecting 1,969 meters of new HDPE pipe by means of open excavation; d. adjustments AWTG Hoofddorp Zuid; e. inventory and protection of flora and fauna and of existing cables and pipes including coordination with managers of cables and pipes; f. carry out agreed measures from the Plan of Action; g. restoration of public space; and h. submit as-built data including 3D measurements
