Description

The subject of the performance is to ensure the management of the property in the premises of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs Tereza Nováková 62 and the maintenance of the surrounding environment of the object – garden, communication. The subject of performance is divided into flat-rate services, which the contracting authority will pay to the supplier on a monthly basis, and further into other services, which the contracting authority will pay to the supplier according to their actual consumption. Flat rate activity: • registry office management, building and gatehouse management, • ecological cleaning (inspection rooms, offices, common areas, kitchens, sanitary facilities, archives), including replenishment of hygienic consumables such as toilet paper, hygienic bags, liquid soap, etc. (the material will be purchased under the departmental DNS), • boiler room maintenance, • winter maintenance. In addition, the following services are available as required: - special services: cleaning of roads, maintenance of roads, maintenance of greenery and inspection and management of the building, winter maintenance, - other services: activities related to the correct, maintenance and operation of the building, - extraordinary activities: in case of an accident. In the building there is a school and kindergarten and a social services center. The contractor will not manage the building on these premises.
