Description

1. The contract concerns:
1.1. extension by the Contractor of the Producer’s Technical Assistance service for the Oracle software licence held by the Contracting Authority, together with the purchase of the Extended Support Level of Support for Base Licences and WLS and the migration of licence metrics for databases from NUP to Processor;
1.2. extension by the Contractor of the extended support service to the ACS (Advanced Customer Services) of the manufacturer for Oracle basdrone technologies and Oracle Fusion middleware;
1.3. purchase of Update Supplementary Bason Licences (options) for Oracle partitioning Processor in number of items 5;
1.4. provision by the Contractor of a Technical Assist for the Oracle partitioning Processor software.
2. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract and the conditions and rules for performance of the contract are set out in the Model Contract constituting Annex 7 to the Specifications for Substantive Contract Conditions (hereinafter: ‘SIWZ’).
