Description

Die gemeinnützige Gesellschaft zur neurologischen Rehabilitation nach erworbenen cerebralen Schäden mbH beabsichtigt einen Ersatzneubau am Therapiezentrum Burgau mit folgenden Funktionsstellen:
— Intensivpflege,
— Intermediate Care,
— Verwaltung,
— Klinischer Arztdienst,
— Personalumkleiden,
— Zentrallager,
— Bettenzentrale.
Für die Umsetzung der räumlichen Anforderungen ist es erforderlich, den südlichen Altbaubereich abzubrechen und durch einen vergrößerten Ersatzneubau optimale Bedingungen für die Anforderungen an den Krankenhausbetrieb zu schaffen. Der Neubau wird im direkten Anschluss an den Bestand errichtet. BGF: ca. 4 800 m2, BRI 16 700 m3.
