Description

The real estate investment project includes the purchase of the service for the design and execution of works for the objective ‘Branching, realising the natural gas network and modernising the thermal power plant, the garrison mess and the food block in the 694 Șimleu Silvaniei barracks’. This investment involves the rehabilitation and modernisation of pavilions C2, J and T, through structural consolidation and functional upgrade. It includes the construction of gas, water and electricity connections, the expansion of thermal, sanitary and fire protection networks, the installation of a cogeneration thermal power plant, as well as the construction of a pumping station, a generating set and a transformer point. These interventions shall ensure increased technical capacity, energy efficiency and operational safety for all objectives concerned.
