Le marché est considéré comme un marché de fournitures pour l’Administration Communale de Sprimont, du CPAS de Sprimont et de la Régie Communale Autonome (RCA). Il consiste en un contrat de 24 mois (période présumée du 1 janvier 2025 au 31 décembre 2026), relatif à la livraison d’énergie pour l’Administration Communale, le CPAS et la RCA. Le contrat est passé sur l'ordre et pour le compte de l’Administration Communale de Sprimont, du CPAS, de la RCA conformément aux conditions du présent cahier spécial des charges. Le marché porte sur un deux lots : Lot N°1 : Energie électrique 100% renouvelable Lot N°2 : Gaz Naturel Haute et Basse Pression Lieu de livraison : Plusieurs lieux. La liste des points de fourniture figure en annexe. De nouveaux points de livraisons pourront être ajoutés ou supprimés en cours de marché.
