Achizitionarea de mixturi asfaltice la cald cu agregate naturale concasate si bitum si adeseori cu polimeri, folosite la intretinerea imbracamintilor rutiere privind :

Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in
