Description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of medical equipment in the form of: cystoscopic, patient chairs, rectoscope, inhaler, intubation kit with intubation tubes and two laryngoscopes, lymphatic massage kit: upper limb, lower limb, pulsoxymeter, glucometer for the Regional Specialist Hospital M. Kopernik in Łódź.
2. The subject of the contract consists of 8 packages. The contracting authority shall allow tenders to be submitted for individual packages and shall not allow tenders to be submitted for individual items in the packages.
The subject of the contract under the different packages shall consist of:
—pack 1 – Cyptoscope – 1;
—pack 2 – Patient Fotel – 2;
—pack 3 – Reactoscope – 1;
—pack 4 – Inhalator – 2;
—pack 5 – Intubation kit with intubation tubes and two laryngoscopes – 1;
—pack 6 – Lymphatic massage kit: upper limb (1 pc), lower limb (1 pc) – 1;
—pack 7 – Pulsoxiometer – 4;
—pack 8 – Glucometer – 5,
