Ausschreibungsgegenstand ist der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrages für die Lieferung der Straßenbau-Bitumensorte C69 B3. Das ist eine kationische, unstabile, hochviskose Bitumen-Emulsion (gem. ÖNORM B 3508) auf der Basis zur Emulgierung geeignetem Bitumen (gem. EN 12591).
Die Rahmenvertragsdauer beginnt mit Auftragserteilung und endet am 31.12. dieses Jahres, ohne dass es einer gesonderten Kündigung bedarf.
