P-Beja: construction work for dams, canals, irrigation channels and aqueducts
A. Description:
I. Track 1 – free surface channel between the reservoir and the Odearce Sifão Cargo House, 1 786 m of development.
The channel has a trapezoidal section with a track width of 2 m, the slope of the backrests is 1 (V): 1,5 (h) shall be made of metal fibre concrete, designed for a flow rate of 11.36 m³/s and a longitudinal slope of the track of 25 cm/km;
II. Section 2 – between the front loading chamber and the 1.256 m long Selmes reservoir bypass, DN 2 500 mm and a dimensioning flow rate of 11.36 m³/s; nominal diameter and dimensioning flow rate of 9.5 m³/s;
v. Track 6 – between section 5 and the 173 m extension watershed tower DN 2 500 mm and a size of 9.5 m³/s (this section is defined in the Saint-Pedro dam project);
VI. Section 7 – between the end of section 2 and the bypass for the Paço dam, with a development of 3 454 m, nominal diameter of 1 300 mm and a dimensioning flow rate of 1.41 m³/s;
VII. Section 8 – between section 7 and the bypass for Monte das Cortes de Cima, with a length of 551 m DN 1 200 mm and a dimensioning flow rate of 1.31 m³/s;
VIII. Section 9 – between section 8 and the bypass for Mount of Malheiro, with 1 164 m of development, DN 1 200 mm and a dimensioning flow rate of 1.30 m³/s;
IX. Section 10 – between section 9 and Selmes reservoir, 348 m in development, DN 1 200 mm and a size flow rate of 1.30 m³/s (the last part of this section is defined in the Selmes Reserve Implementation Project;
X. Track 12 – Fertiliser of the Quinta de São Pedro – derivation of the main fertiliser to feed the Quinta de São Pedro dam, 117 m long, nominal diameter 400 mm and a design flow rate of 0.15 m³/s;
XI. Section 13 – Fertiliser of Monte do Paço – derivation of Selmes fertiliser to supply the Paço dam, 5.263 m in development, nominal diameter 500 mm and a size flow of 0.1 m³/s;
XII. Section 14 and 15 – Fertiliser of Monte das Cortes de Cima – drift to feed the Monte das Cortes de Cima block, 2 208 m in development. In this fertiliser there will be a small derivation for Monte das Cortes de Baixo, so it will consist of two sections: section 14 with development 264 m, nominal diameter 560 mm and a dimensioning flow rate of 0.26 m³/s; and section 15 with a development of 1.944 m and a nominal diameter of 500 mm and a dimensioning flow rate of 0.2 m³/s;
XIII. Section 16 – Fertiliser of the Mount do Malheiro – a bypass for feeding the Monte Malheiro block with a development of 400 m, nominal diameter 689 mm and a dimensioning flow rate of 0.11 m³/s;
XIV. Section 17 – Fertiliser of the Mountain Weights – Albufeira do Peso supply line from the Pedrogon reservoir, 2 426 m of development, nominal diameter 355 mm and a size flow rate of 0.10 m³/s;
XV. Section 18 – Fertiliser of Monte das Aldeias – supply line to Monte das Aldeias from the Pedrógon reservoir, 416 m of development, nominal diameter 355 mm and a size flow rate of 0.13 m³/s;
2. S. Pedro dam.
A. Description:
I. The Barrage of S. Pedro will be built in landfills with an zoned profile and sealing the foundation by means of injections curtain. With a maximum height of approximately 24 m above the land, crown 7 metres wide and total landfill volume estimated at 400 000 m³;
II. Concrete surface discharger, with WES single labirine-type discharger, in front position; rectangular discharge channel terminating in a type of energy sink;
III. Water Taking tower with rectangular section of concrete, with a single main abstraction level and an ecological flow intermediate; grill and wagon holder; walkway access with a length of approximately 50 m and 2 pillars;
IV. Bottom discharge and ecological flow in its own circuit, parallel to the provisional diversion, including hollow jet valve and ring type valve;
v. Water supply circuit, starting at the water inlet, passes through the landfill in a duct DN 2500 concrete together with the water inlet and bottom discharge pipes;
VI. Water inlet circuit based on the infrastructure of the interim diversion phase;
VII. Provisional deviation comprising a section of circular section founded under the landfill between the water inlet tower and a dissipation basin of 170 metres;
VIII. Equipment, electrical installations and communication. Accessibility and installation of the observation plan.
