Delivery, installation, commissioning and warranty maintenance of equipment for the needs of IEES-BAS under contracts financed by the Ministry of Education and Science and the National Science Fund – 2 lots each
The subject matter of the contract is: ‘Supply, installation, commissioning and warranty maintenance of equipment for the needs of IEES-BAS under contracts financed by the Ministry of Education and Science and the National Science Fund — 2 lots’, as follows: SUMMARY POSITION 1: Electrochemical test cells and hydrothermal reactors; SUMMARY POSITION 2: It's a microscope. The scope of the contract (lots) includes the following activities: - Supply of the apparatus described in the technical specification for the lot concerned (Annexes 2.1 and 2.2); - Installation/installation, commissioning, adjustment and testing of the delivered equipment; - Warranty maintenance of the delivered equipment and delivery of the necessary parts, materials and consumables within the warranty period proposed by the participant (minimum 12 months), starting from the date of installation, installation, commissioning, adjustment and testing of the equipment. Timeframes for implementation: - The term for delivery of the equipment is up to 60 (sixty) days from the signing of the contract for performance of the public procurement. - The term for installation, installation, commissioning, adjustment and testing of the equipment is up to 2 (two) days from the date of delivery, certified by the Acceptance and Delivery Protocol for delivery of the equipment. - The warranty period of the apparatus/equipment is 12 (twelve) months from the date of installation, installation, commissioning, adjustment and testing of the apparatus and equipment. On the basis of Article 104(2) of the Public Procurement Act, when conducting the procedure, the evaluation of the technical and price proposals of the participants was carried out before the pre-selection (the so-called reversed order). The public procurement is financed with funds under the following concluded contracts: - Lot 1: Contract No KP-06-TO 02/2 of 13 August 2024, funded by the Research Fund, implementing the project ‘Development of innovative, low-cost NaFePO4 sodium-ion batteries based on recycling of LiFePO4 - material from spent lithium-ion batteries (LIB2SIB)’; - Lot 2: Agreement D01-74 of 19 May 2022, financed by funds from the Ministry of Education and Science, implementing a project under the National Science Programme ‘Security and Defence’ (NNSSO-MON, Council of Ministers No 731/21.10.2021).
