The subject of the contract are tasks consisting in: a) Delivery, installation and configuration of equipment and delivery of licenses necessary to implement the equipment specified in point 2 in accordance with the requirements contained in TOM III SWZ (OPZ), within 90 days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement by the Parties, i.e.: - Delivery and implementation of type A equipment to the GDDKiA Headquarters - Delivery and implementation of type B equipment - 8 units to the GDDKiA Branches b) provision of warranty service (manufacturer or authorized manufacturer's service) covering the repair of all irregularities, defects and defects detected during the operation of the equipment and damage to the delivered equipment as part of the implementation of the Agreement on the terms set out in point 5. TOMU III SWZ (OPZ), which will start after meeting the conditions contained in § 3 sec. 4 TOMU II (PPU) and the signing of the relevant protocol by the Parties, and will continue uninterruptedly from the date of signing the acceptance protocol until 30.09.2029 for the equipment delivered under this procedure, c) provision of warranty service (manufacturer or authorized manufacturer's service) covering the repair of all irregularities, defects and defects detected during the operation of the equipment and damage to the Ordering Party's currently owned Equipment, in accordance with the principles set out in paragraph 5.
