Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the successive supply of medicines in the ranges and quantities indicated in the price forms constituting Annex 2 to the ToR, in which the contracting authority laid down quality standards for all the essential characteristics of the subject-matter of the contract.
The contracting authority shall not allow variants to be submitted.
The contracting authority shall not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 67. 1 pt. 7 of the Public Procurement Act
