Description

The subject of the contract is the delivery of the assembly and commissioning of a new digital x-ray camera along with the installation work necessary to connect the camera. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been specified in the list of technical and utility parameters constituting Annex No. 2 and Annex No. 2a to the FTZ. 3. The Contractor is obliged to execute the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 6 to the FTZ. 4. The tendered subject of the contract is to be a brand new, non-exhibition, non-demo apparatus manufactured in 2025 – complete and ready for use without any additional investment purchases. In order to familiarise the Contractors with the conditions in the facility, the Contracting Authority will carry out a local vision on 16 and 18 September 2025, at 10.00 a.m. 12:00 , meeting place: Warsaw at ul. Sosnowskiego 18 (with x-ray registration, first floor). The vision is optional (optional), please send applications for participation in the vision at least 1 day before the start date to the following e-mail address: order@szpzlo-ochota.pl The Ordering Party informs that it will not answer the Contractors' questions asked during the on-site visit. Each Contractor may request the Contracting Authority to clarify the content of the FTZ, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 1 of the law.
