Adapted procedure contract - Articles R.2123-1-3° and R.2123-2 of the Public Order Code This contract is for the design and realization of the flower decorations of the 14 tanks of Battles of Flowers as part of the 2026 edition of the Nice Carnival whose theme is "Long live the Queen!". This service includes for each lot: - the design of the decorations of the chariot, - the supply of flowers and other plants, products and other materials necessary for the realization of the decoration of the chariot (picking, dressing, braiding and assembly), - the vegetal dressing of the chariots, - the maintenance throughout the Carnival period, - the active participation in the various parades.
