Description

The service includes the following: The delivery of a learning platform for the Province of Noord-Brabant (PNB), with which to stimulate, organize and steer learning, development and innovation in the organization can be realized. In doing so, tenderers must offer a licensing model that provides for flexible employability. The number of users may fluctuate during the term of the contract due to staff changes. In this context, a learning platform means: A learning platform that structures and centralizes all learning and development activities of PNB, it supports both management and employees and provides insight into learning data through dashboards. At the time of publication of the tender, the province has approximately 1,500 permanent employees and approximately 250 contract staff, who may make use of the learning platform.
