Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply in the form of long-term rental of a brand new front wheel loader with articulated frame. 2. The charger provided by the Contractor will be used to work with municipal waste in accordance with the characteristics of the waste industry. 3. The subject of the contract will be delivered to the seat of the Ordering Party: ul. P. Poleskiego 3, 10-410 Olsztyn. 4. Pursuant to Article 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine, it is prohibited to perform a public contract with subcontractors, suppliers or entities whose capacities are relied on within the meaning of Directive 2014/24/EU where they account for more than 10% of the contract value. 5. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract can be found in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ entitled: Description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ), in the technical specifications of the charger (Annex 4 to the SWZ) and in the draft provisions of the contract (Annex 2 to the SWZ). The parameters presented in the description of the subject of the contract constitute the technical and qualitative minimum expected by the Ordering Party.
