Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist der Erwerb eines Grundstückes und der Neubau einer weiteren Kindertagesstätte. Das Grundstück, auf welchem die Kindertagesstätte errichtet werden soll, muss der/ die Bieter/in von der Gemeinde Schapen käuflich erwerben. Der Neubau der Kindertagesstätte erfolgt unter eigener
Regie des Bieters/ der Bieterin im Sinne eines Investors/ einer Investorin. Nach Fertigstellung des Gebäudes wird die neu errichtete Kindertagesstätte für eine Dauer von mindestens 15 Jahren (anschließend zweimalige Verlängerungsoption um je 5 Jahre) betrieben. Der/ die Bieter/in übernimmt zugleich die Trägerschaft der
Kindertagesstätte und gewährleistet den Betrieb der Kindertagesstätte über die gesamte Laufzeit (einschl. optionaler Verlängerungen).
